Terms of Use

1. The service

Duvilo is an app running on Telegram that lets two people share a calendar, tasks, lists, a daily question and similar features. It is provided by [Operator name/company]. It is not affiliated with Telegram; Telegram’s own terms also apply.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old. By using the app you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

3. Connecting

You can be connected with only one partner at a time. A connection is created when the person receiving the invite link confirms it.

Either side can end the connection alone. When it ends, each person keeps what they added; this cannot be undone.

4. Your content

Content you add is yours and you are responsible for it. You grant us the limited permission needed to provide the service (storing it, showing it to your partner, sending notifications).

Content you share is visible to your partner. Do not add other people’s personal data without their permission.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, or to harass, track or control another person.

Overloading the bot or servers, trying to bypass security, or using someone else’s account is prohibited. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

6. Premium and payments

Core features (calendar, tasks, lists, the daily question, wishes) are free. Premium adds extra features such as gift radar notifications, unlimited wishes, the full question archive and special themes. Free plan limits are shown in the app.

Trial: every new account gets a one-time free Premium trial (the length is shown in the app). The trial never turns into a paid plan by itself; when it ends you continue on the free plan and no data is deleted. Deleting and re-creating your account does not give a new trial.

Premium is for the couple: one person buys it and shares it with their paired partner. If you unpair, Premium stays with the person who bought it.

Payment is made with Telegram Stars through Telegram; prices are shown before purchase and may change (changes apply only to later purchases). The monthly plan is a Telegram Stars subscription that renews automatically every 30 days; you can cancel any time in Telegram → Settings → Telegram Stars and Premium lasts until the end of that period. Other plans are one-time payments and do not renew.

Because digital content is made available immediately, the right of withdrawal ends to the extent permitted by applicable consumer law. In case of a technical problem or a mistaken payment, write via /paysupport in the bot; justified requests are refunded in Stars and the Premium from a refunded payment ends.

7. Availability and liability

We provide the service “as is” and do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features.

Reminders are a helpful aid; do not rely on them as your only source for important matters. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

8. Termination

You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Governing law and contact
